Breading for fish

Here's one for all the people who like to eat fresh fish.... Quantities vary depending on how much fish you are frying.

Ingredients:
1 part Shore Lunch
2 parts Panko bread crumbs


Egg(s) little cold water


Flour with a little pepper and Lawry's seasoning salt (I have also used Lemon pepper seasoning)

Directions:
1. Dip fish in flour mixture
2. Dip fish in egg(s)
3. Dip fish in bread crumbs/shore lunch mixture
4. Fry fish
5. Eat yummy fish
